欢迎使用 HomeWok(家味)。本服务条款是你与 HomeWok(下称"我们")之间就使用 HomeWok iOS 应用及本网站(下称"服务")达成的协议。使用本服务,即表示你同意以下条款。
1. 服务说明
HomeWok 用 AI 生成正宗中餐菜谱,按你的家庭画像缩放份量,并提供拍食材识别、膳食规划、购物清单与边做边跟的 Cook Mode 等功能。我们会持续更新、改进或调整功能。
2. AI 内容与食品安全免责(重要)
- AI 可能出错。菜谱、步骤、用量、替代建议均由大型语言模型生成,可能不准确、不完整或不适合你的具体情况。请用常识判断后再使用。
- 熟度与食品安全由你负责。肉、禽、蛋、海鲜等须彻底煮熟方可食用。App 提供的熟度判断依据仅供参考,最终是否煮熟、能否食用,须由你自行判断;如有疑问,请使用食品温度计并遵循当地食品安全指引。
- 过敏信息不是保证。过敏扫描与标注是帮助你留意的安全辅助,不构成保证。若你或家人有严重过敏,务必逐项核对每种食材与成品标签后再食用,切勿仅依赖本服务。
- 卡路里仅为估算。卡路里及营养数值为约 ±20% 的粗略估算,不构成医疗、营养或健康建议。如有健康或饮食需求,请咨询专业人士。
3. 账号
- 你需通过 Apple、Google 或邮箱登录创建账号,并对账号下的活动负责。
- 请提供准确信息,并妥善保管你的登录凭证。
- 你可随时在 App 内删除账号。
4. 可接受的使用
你同意不:违法使用本服务;干扰或破坏服务的正常运行、安全或基础设施;进行逆向工程、抓取或滥用接口以超出合理个人使用;冒充他人或侵犯他人权利。
5. 你的内容与共享链接
- 你创建的内容(家庭画像、保存的菜谱、清单等)归你所有。为提供服务,你授予我们处理这些内容所需的有限许可。
- 当你共享购物清单时,任何持有该链接者均可查看与勾选,无需登录。请只发给你信任的人;你可随时停止共享。
6. 知识产权
HomeWok 的名称、标识、界面、设计与软件归我们所有,受相关法律保护。未经许可,不得复制、修改或用于商业用途。
7. 价格与订阅
本服务目前免费提供。若未来推出付费功能或订阅,相关收费、计费与退款将通过 Apple App Store 进行,并适用 Apple 的相关条款;我们会在收费前明确告知。
8. 第三方服务
本服务依赖 Apple、Google、Supabase、Vercel 以及模型服务商等第三方。它们各自的条款与隐私政策适用于相应部分,我们不对第三方服务的行为负责。
9. 免责声明
本服务按"现状"和"现有"提供,不附带任何明示或默示担保,包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的担保。我们不保证服务不中断、无错误或所有 AI 输出准确无误。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责,包括但不限于食材浪费、烹饪结果、过敏反应或身体不适。你理解烹饪与饮食的最终判断与风险由你承担。
11. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款,更新时会修改顶部日期。重大变更我们会在 App 或网站内提示。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
12. 适用法律
本条款受美国相关法律管辖,不适用其法律冲突规则。

Welcome to HomeWok. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HomeWok ("we," "us") governing your use of the HomeWok iOS app and this website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. The Service
HomeWok uses AI to generate authentic Chinese recipes, scales portions to your household profile, and offers ingredient recognition from photos, meal planning, shopping lists, and a follow-along Cook Mode. We continually update, improve, and adjust features.
2. AI content and food-safety disclaimer (important)
- AI can be wrong. Recipes, steps, quantities, and substitution suggestions are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Apply common sense before relying on them.
- Doneness and food safety are your responsibility. Meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Any doneness cues the app provides are for reference only; whether food is fully cooked and safe to eat is your judgment. When in doubt, use a food thermometer and follow your local food-safety guidelines.
- Allergen information is not a guarantee. Allergen scanning and labeling are safety aids to help you pay attention — they are not a guarantee. If you or your family have a serious allergy, always verify every ingredient and finished-product label before eating, and never rely on the Service alone.
- Calories are estimates only. Calorie and nutrition figures are rough estimates of roughly ±20% and are not medical, nutritional, or health advice. Consult a professional for any health or dietary needs.
3. Accounts
- You create an account by signing in with Apple, Google, or email, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt its operation, security, or infrastructure; reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the interfaces beyond reasonable personal use; or impersonate others or infringe their rights.
5. Your content and shared links
- Content you create (household profile, saved recipes, lists, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us the limited license needed to process that content to provide the Service.
- When you share a shopping list, anyone with the link can view and check it off without signing in. Share it only with people you trust; you can stop sharing at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The HomeWok name, logo, interface, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without permission.
7. Pricing and subscriptions
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, charges, billing, and refunds will be handled through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms, and we will make any charges clear before they apply.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Apple, Google, Supabase, Vercel, and model providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those portions, and we are not responsible for the conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to wasted ingredients, cooking results, allergic reactions, or illness. You understand that the final judgment and risk of cooking and eating rest with you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date at the top. For significant changes, we will provide notice in the app or on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
